The Texas Elite Track Club is located in Boerne, Texas under the direction of Rose Monday. Former University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) head cross-country and assistant track and field coach. Coach Monday has been selected as an assistant track and field coach – women’s distance, for team USA Olympic Games in London, 2012 and Rio 2016. Rose is now serving as the Chair for Women’s Track & Field for
USA Track and Field.
The mission of the club is to develop aspiring Olympic Athletes to compete at the highest levels of the sport, focusing on the 400m through the 5000m races. Off the track the club is looking to get involved in running-based community efforts such as supporting the Girls on the Run program and the San Antonio Sports Foundation. Board members meet throughout the year to discuss the strategic plan and direction of the club.

Welcome to our page!
Texas Elite Track Club is a small group of post-collegiate elite and emerging elite middle distance runners who have goals of representing TEAM USA at the Olympics and World Championships. We train in the beautiful hill county of San Antonio Texas! While a handful of athletes can actually make a living at Track and Field, most have to work part-time jobs that have "our mission" in mind and allow time to train and race. Funding is critical to helping these athletes realize there dreams. The money helps travel to competitions, training apparel and shoes and fees involved in access to tracks and gyms. My goal is to help them achieve their goals. While you help us, we can help you by the use of social media, speaking appearances and photo opportunities plus you can write off any donations as a deduction! We hope you enjoy our page and we look forward to hearing from you!
